Had a wonderful and unforgettable experience at the RM Caloundra store today because Chris went above and beyond to ensure my R.Ms were the perfect ones for me. Will definitely be coming back for future services and purchases even if the store is out of my way.

Chris the lady that served me couldn’t have been more helpful, she made sure that my Comfort Craftsmen’s were a perfect fit. Her product knowledge was exceptional Chris explained how the boots should fit and feel. I couldn’t be happier with my Comfort Craftsmen boots the best boots I have ever owned. I will definitely be going back to this store for more RM Williams products.
