Top jewellers store tucked away in the Mirrabooka Square. Excellent range. Today I was looking for a watch not too expensive. I was served by LauraF. Really great customer service. Made me feel like I was a VIP. If they have employee if the week/month, I would definitely nominate her.
Not very pleased with my experience at Shiels Mirrabooka. Was 'treated' by Laura, who had a very condescending and rude attitude. Felt discriminated against throughout... was also shown cheaper options when in fact I was looking to buy a higher quality piece. Kept putting off my requests for other alternatives and wouldn't listen to me at all. Left and gave my service to the jewellers next door. Won't be returning unfortunately.
I have bought jewellery online and I highly rate this option - customer service has always been on point and very helpful. I haven't physically been to a Shiels store in many years but I am speaking from online experience and the customer service from the eastern states. Amazing!!
When I went to Shiels in Mirrabooka, I asked one of the ladies there to show me a necklace, but she didn't have that necklace in store. While she was looking for the necklace on the computer, the manager said to the lady "leave it, if you can't find it don't stress. Customers always wait around for 50 minutes but don't buy anything." Like seriously this is very poor customer service. I'm very disappointed. She said that while I was in the store. I understand that it had been a long day and she must have been tired but it doesn't mean that she can say anything about customers in front of them. And this has happened to me 3 times, I didn't mind it the first two times but enough is enough. I'm seriously not happy with their customer service.
Had a friendly experience at the store today bec had great customer service skills with with a smile after the rough day she had she still put that aside to go out of her way and help me for what I was after..not Laura but she was sitting there eating her brown apples hahaha no they were all 5 star towards my customer service and would highly recommend the store thanks one again top service
Just have to say I had a amazing experience a few weeks ago and the ladies all in the store were so positive I was shopping for myself and I spent quite some money and I must say I was comfortable and happy with the way I was treated the manager there served me she had alot of knowledge on diamonds and she was passionate not often do you shop somewhere and people care for there work I will recommend shopping here the staff know what they’re doing and the manager is lovely great customer service highly recommended and I will shop there again once again great service.
I bought a very expensive diamond bracelet and i got a care plan to go with it i had it for 5 months and the clasp broke so i took it back they sent it away to get fixed a month later i was told it would cost me $80 to be fixed i said no way i had to go to consumer affairs they fixed it and i had it back in less than a week i have spent so much money there but i won't be going back only if something else breaks not good if you ask them a question all they say is i don't know we only sell it
Judging by the reviews this is a common issue. Shiels should be embarrassed. We were sold a warranty based on the fact that the bracelet we bought was for our little girl 2 and the warranty would cover apparently cover accidental damage and other mishaps. We took it back to get it repaired as a link had come away. 3 weeks or so later and due to pick it up, so we called to make sure it was ready. We were told it's not ready as the assessor looked at the bracelet and determined the link had been pulled and hadn't failed on it's own - how the was determined is a question in its self - and we would be up for 30 to 40 dollars for the link. I don't care about the 30 to 40 dollars. What i care about is being flogged a warranty not worth the paper its printed on and THEN being charged the extra for the repair. Dont trust the staff when they say something is covered as you will be paying for nothing and get charged anyway after it's been "assessed". Completely misleading and a complete lack of integrity.
Staff are so rude and unhelpful. I went in today after running Auskick probably looked abit shabby but my daughters birthday is Monday and buy my kids are a decent gold chain for their 18th. But being left standing there no help or advice just rude. I seriously don't want to buy anything of them.
Poor customer service as we stood in the store waiting for either of the so called customer service people to acknowledge the fact that we were even in the store, it wasn't until I announced let's just go that I was asked did I need some help....too late you lost a good sale as I was willing to part with quite a bit of money on a ring....sad service.
