This morning I called cash converters this morning at around 930 and asked them to hold onto an item I had seen advertised. I then told them I would be in before midday to pick it up. She did not ask me for my number over the phone and just said it was no problems and see you later, but then when I drove the 30 minutes there she told me that she had had a guy come in before me and they had sold it to him and then she kept mentioning that I hadn’t left a number like it was my fault or something. They didn’t even wait until midday which is when I had said I would be in before they sold it. Clearly was a lie and they just wanted to shift for the first person available even after I asked them to hold it. So here I am, an hour and a bit out of pocket, with nothing to show for it. I wouldn’t have minded if I had been asked for my number and then she called me and said it was sold, but now I’ve wasted fuel and time! She shrugged it off as if it was nothing and I found it incredibly bad service. Absolutely pathetic. Disgraceful

i have purchased toshiba laptop a few days ago by spending $200 . they gave me 3 months warranty. when i reached home i found some keys were not working. On the next day they were closed on monday due to (public holiday labour day ). on tuesday i went there with my laptop to solve my problem i ask them to fix my problem instead of giving me any solution or refund they started making excuses it was working properly blah blah . i request them to just fix the keypad. then they said just leave your laptop over here and i did same after two days i got a call then their electrician said we could not found any problem just pick up your laptop we cannot solve your problem either we cannot give you refund or cannot exchange your laptop. i will suggest everyone do not purchase anything from them.

Several of us ventured into the place ... a lot of electronics ... tools ... camera equipment, jewelry and more .... we thought it was over priced. Except for the $1 CD's. Must say it was well organized, clean and run in a professional manner. No one ask to assist us.

Dont purchase consoles. Not tested first before sold. Bought one with previous owners account still activated and details. Thing would turn itself off a few minutes into online gaming. Returned it wanting a refund and got told it worked fine and I must be using it wrong.
