We were there a couple of times for our wedding and engagement rings. We were served by Mrs. Kim and Madelle. They are the best! They are both very patient, good listeners, and very professional and gets the job done. Highly recommended!

Abysmal experience in this store. I went in to buy my daughter a watch. The Manager could not tell me about the features of their stock, so I had to look it up on my phone. When I chose a watch, she went to ring it up only to tell me that a mistake had been made and the advertised price on the watch was wrong and that it was $50 more than the sticker. Will not be going back.

Terrific! Was feeling 'down' so went to look at 'pretty' things haha! First place I come across is Shiels and was not disappointed! Not only did me the world of good, but I purchased some great jewellery from both staff  Offered very good lifetime care options for the jewellery and am confident I will not only be back, but my purchases will be cared for, for a long time, and by the right people! Had the pleasure of being served by Adem Kadic at Harbout Town today. Not the first time we have been helped by Adem. We have also been helped by Adem at your West Leas store He is friendly, helpful and definitely knows the business. Have purchased many pieces of jewellery when shopping at Sheilds and go back when ever we see Adem in the store. Last Christmas helped when purchasing a high end watch for my husband and Adem was informative, knowledgeable honest and so polite a pleasure to deal with. The worst quality I have ever seen. I bought gold bracelet for my wife which break in just 6 months. She just used it twice on occasion. I went back to them but they ask for repair charges and nil refund. Will never ever recommend them.

I'd like to say thank you to the beautiful Madelleh for everything she has done to assist me. I'm in NSW and was unable to purchase my items online and was informed by Shiels IT team to contact one of our stores, He recommended Arndale. Madellah was great. Kept me in the loop the whole time. The items are beautiful.

Went to Arndale store today felt so unwelcome. Two staffs were laughing, talking to each other no greeting to customers not even a friendly smile. Spend almost 5 minutes but they didn’t even bother to come and ask if we need anything as they were busy talking to each other. Not very welcoming approach by the staffs.

Geat service have jewellry for all budgets. I have nice things I have bought on sale for cheap just keep an eye for catalogue specials.
