The online system is just a scam. Taking the money from the account but stating still at process payment. So basically, I paid for nothing and can't stop it too. Sheridan is the 21st century expert of online theft.
When I went into the store, one of the sales dude gave me a quote on a super king doona cover set which was an amazing deal - $80 which is really good price for super king. But I wanted to think about it. So I planned on coming back the next day. But when I came back, different sales lady said the price was nearly $400 for the set... So I bought them on a sale online on the Sheridan website instead. It'd be great if they were more consistent with their sales deals in store.
Ordered some towels for Christmas presents via their website, for no reason they just cancelled my online order. Never gave me a call or anything??? I went to the website and can see the products are still available but at a higher price. Thanks Sheridan for your transparency and excellent customer service. I will not waste your time and my time ever again.
Bad experience with seeking advice from store person with product purchase and no assistance with resolution. Will not be returning to the store.
Staff were pleasant and picked up a couple of good bargains....the prices seem to better at DFO from time to time though
The staff are always really helpful and friendly. Sheridan goods are really high quality and buying them at outlet prices is great value.

Love the store the price is sheridan level but discounted if you like a linen bargain and last season's design then go and enjoy
Things here are always 50%-70% off. It makes me laugh when I hear the ladies staff tell customers "just today" who ask them 'how long the sale is on for?' every time I've been in, many things are on sale.
Good service and a great range of products. Prices were good.
