This seafood shop is awesome. Meal was large. Vould of easily feed two people. Well done.
Asked for two burgers and was met with "I can't do burgers now". No apology, or offer of alternatives. A simple "sorry, we're short staffed" or "we've been busy and run out of ingredients" would have been lovely. As a local, I won't be back.
No eftpos. 20% surcharge for public hoildays with out any signs of warning. fish had consistancy of wash potatoes kids would not even eat it
Most terrible customer service I’ve experienced!! Tried to add another item to my order over the phone and the man serving yelled at me then passed the phone to another staff member and said I was annoying. Wow! When i said I’d be cancelling my order there was no apology or surprise

Always amazing food never had an issue or under/overcooked item in 10years going there, super friendly staff could not recommend them enough! Best seafood shop in the Bay!
We live in the neighbourhood and want to support our local businesses, but I can see why this business never any one in this shop, . Their customer service the lady was terrible, that we didn’t even decide to continue our order. we went somewhere. I suggest you do the same.
