My experience with SH Jewellery has been fantastic.  The staff namely, Edric and Cassandra were very helpful and always patient.  I was indecisive about my choice and they were always there with a high level of customer service.  The teams prompt communication was also great.  The store is not like regular jewellery stores, you really feel they are there to ensure you are happy with your decision.  I know where I will be coming back to in the future.

Very impressed!! The diamonds are beautiful quality and the prices are very competitive. The overall experience of buying our wedding rings was fantastic! The service from Cassandra was the best jeweller experience I have ever had and she was accommodating in every way.

My Fiancé and I purchased a pair of wedding rings from SH Jewellery. We're both very satisfied with the rings, in terms of their quality, styles and price. They have a wide range of jewelleries to choose from. We purchased a diamond ring and we are amazed by how good quality the diamonds are with such reasonable price. Honestly, we went to a few shops before hand but we could not find anything better than this. The customer service in SH jewellery was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Thanks to the team at SH Jewellery, especially Edric, who was so patient with us while we decided on which diamond pendant to buy. The advice given was certainly very helpful! We also got a ring changed from yellow to white gold and it now looks fantastic!! Anyone looking to purchase diamonds or gold jewellery should consider SH Jewellery before buying elsewhere. I would highly recommend it and see myself going back in the future.

Excellent service - I bought a engagement ring from SH Jewellery that the customer made for me. 
The entire processs was seamless and the fit was perfect.
The team were so helpful and provided excellent customer service troughout the whole experience.
