Absolutely expensive store, no wonder why people don't buy a thing... a thousands of different types of goods can be found here, but not on reasonable prices, even with the discounts... I always wanted to explore this store and probably buy something to refresh my home decor, unfortunately I notice that the quality is overpriced. However, it has interesting stuff, so people give it a try.
Do NOT BUY FROM ISHKA!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered Christmas gifts late October and one out of two items arrived but I’m still waiting on one item and I’ve sent multiple emails and tried to contact them, but radio silence. Zero customer service, do not order from these scammers. They’re happy to send me 1 million emails a day about their offers/newsletters but won’t reply about my order.
Ordered item early November as a Christmas gift and have heard nothing since. Never even got a notification to say it has been sent which I'm guessing it hasn't!. Have sent numerous emails with no response...seems to be a trend going off these reviews! Absolutely disgraceful. Will never purchase from them again & will make sure non of my family or friends do either.
Wish I read the reviews before ordering online.. ordered five items a month ago. Just received one item. No response to emails. When I log into my account it shows that the rest of the items haven’t been shipped yet. Seems to be a pattern judging by these reviews…
Bought it online and still confused as to what is going with my order. It is disgraceful. I bought the item around Nov 1. Tried emailing them around 17th Nov asking about the carrier and chasing up as to when I will receive it. Received an email in return and they say that some orders are taking up to 4 weeks due to dispatching and supply chain issues. Still no replies since then. One month later into this month of December, I had to chase it up again via email and also via their live chat. Received a reply, they then say it would take up to 6 weeks of delivery time frame. 3 days later, had to chase it up again via live chat also and was told that it has been delayed and will confirm by email and I still have not yet receive an email! Around Dec 26, had to chase it up again and this time was told that due to over the delivery time frame given by supplier, they gave me 2 options for refund. I have chosen and did a refund and received an email saying they will send me another email with further instructions and I have yet to receive it. Still nothing from them via email and they yet to ask me for my order number and gave them my order number and this time I was told that my order is in process at the supplier's warehouse and soon I will receive a shipping confirmation email... Overall, ever since until now, I still have yet to receive my order, now waiting for a refund. This is getting ridiculous! I recommend you all to not buy or shop online with Ishka at all! Their communication is terrible and hard to trust and confusing at times!
I ordered items for my daughters birthday in May. I received the items in drips and drabs. I did not receive the most expensive item and had zero communication. I have been requesting a refund since and have had no communication. I was sent a coupon and told them this is not what I requested as I would not be shopping there again. Still zero communication. Do not shop with them if you don’t mind throwing away money, everything that came was cheap and not worth the cost. It is December and this is still not resolved.
**DO NOT ORDER ONLINE *** *I suggest only purchasing in store* I placed an order back in September. Still have not received refund. I have been the one sending the emails for updates.After not getting any response, I requested a refund, still haven’t gotten it. No communication, absolutely horrible customer service! Called them today, to speak to someone regarding the issue, but apparently they don’t have a customer care team, or anything to give feedback.
I placed 3 orders worth $600 in Oct 22- they were all discounted and I thought I had finished my Christmas shopping. But they have all been partly delivered only received max $100 bucks worth of stuffand I’m losing track of what’s been delivered and what hasn’t. What’s worse is there is no customer service person I can speak to and no reply to my emails. Disappointed to say the least!!This is how they make money I guess , counting on my giving up on the rest of my money $500?? It’s hard earned money so I’m not giving up Ishka.
Pathetic customer service. If i could give this store 0 stars, I would. I picked up 3 items on a $20 rack and was charged $30 per item. When i went back to the store to get my $10 back for each item, said there is nothing they can do. Even though they are at fault- nothing. No credit voucher. No help, nothing. Will not be shopping here again.
Not sure what to rate this yet as I have not received all of my goods that I purchased online, hopefully I do receive all of them One of my items came, it was a mirror with hooks to hang necklaces from. when I opened up my package it came with a sharp surprise, and what I mean by that is it came with random large pieces of broken glass and also very tiny shards of glass that went everywhere! The product itself was fine beside the fact that it was a little bent and partly damaged at the corners. I thought at first maybe it was a free broken gift but it clearly wasn't, a bit disappointing and upsetting and am now worried weather I will receive all of my items because looking through the reviews that may be the case which I really hope it is not.
