Appalling, mindless service and really stupid procedures. Wanted to just drop off a form (no payment or anything needed) but was told by the 'minder' at the entrance that I had to be given a ticket and then hand the form to someone when my number was called!!!! Because the centre was busy, this would have been about 35-45 minute wait. I thought I was in an episode of Monty Python! But apparently I could mail it, which I did. Dumb, dumb. dumb! !!!

Fantastic service. Not busy at all. Everything is done within 15 minutes. Be prepared with all the documents needed.

Although I felt my previews experiences have highlighted to me generally good service and friendly staff, in what could be considered a thankless job. As a customer service agency it would be nice to see one or a number of offices open for longer periods, outside of the normal business hours, or maybe a Saturday morning perhaps?
