After 2 years of getting the laws on construction & your office stating that if noise continues to ring the police .... Well I can tell you that I got told by 2 police officers who came to see me regarding my complaint of noise on Sunday from 7am... One police officer an ex-builder ... Apparently, according to them Tradies can work whenever they want ...They have no jurisdiction to uphold SA EPA laws . So who is responsible for what ... You have no back up plans for enforcing the laws ..... I am thinking that this is all State laws & should be upheld.... What rights does a person have.... Tradies are getting away with making noise from daybreak to sun up.... I have been locked up in my home for 4 days because of the heat .... Today I am locked up in my home due to noise of a compressor & a banging of a staple gun ....
