Been here twice, first is for my wife's driving test, 2nd is mine. Thank you sir Philip for a very professional way of testing us, we really feel the worth of getting our license. Also thank you to the young lady on the counter for assisting me. You all did great.
A big thank you to a lovely gentleman behind the counter who served my dad today. Very polite and helpful. It's staff like you that make what normally can be a not pleasant experience into a joyful one. 10 out of 10
Lithgow Centre has a ticketing system ensure to retrieve a ticket before you can receive service.nFree P plates and L plates at the door.
Went there with my wife for her driving test. The lady at the counter was friendly. But the test officer was extremely rude, he yelled at my wife during the test and was only making her nervous and lose confidence. Also, upon return, he slammed the door of our car so hard, I heard the sound while standing inside the Service NSW centre.nThis guy should be fired immediately.
The lady who talked to me was nice however the testing officer for driving test was quite rude, i was catching up to speed and then abrubtly he told me to turn left, giving me such short notice. he shouldnt be working if he is going to dissociate and not do his job.Then when we were on the way back he yelled repeatedly towards me causing me to feel like he was going to hurt me because i was a little slow in direction. understandble however im still a learner treat me with respect.
