I’m okay with the appointment system. But when I went in this morning to provide paperwork, the girl at the front desk refused to take it and stamp it as they used to do. No instead they wanted me to sit in the bloody waiting area and wait my turn. Like I have the time. Bloody disgusting. In this regard they have gotten worse. People don’t always have the time. So I will post it in, although I don’t have faith in that either. Previously they have lost my paperwork, on purpose I believe as I had made a formal complaint against one of the staff members. Matt was great, not incompetent.
I called in a few days ago in the hope of sorting out a long standing problem with my Medicare card. The staff member who dealt with this for me was calm. professional and competent. Everything was fixed in a short time, and he suggested I try it all out before I left the office in case there were any remaining issues. Other people in the office were receiving the same pleasant service. Congratulations to all the staff for your kindness and efficiency.
Friendly, but could not give me any information about retirement pension. Go online was the answer and fill out all details.
My husband and I went to this centre yesterday to put in a hospital claim. Was met at the door by a male who had no intention of letting us into the premises. and then another male who asked us the usual covid questions, whilst we had no symptoms we felt like we were treated like we had the plaque even though we were still on the footpath at the buiding Absolutely disgusting for senior citizens to be treated this way, will never visit this centre again We attended Penrith Centrelink the next day and all our claims were met within 10 minutes. Thank you for your service and professionalism. Xx .
I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from two Medicare officers recently. I had receipts from a surgeon and an anaesthetist and there was some kind of a problem with both receipts. Both the person initially reviewing my paperwork and the person who later processed the paperwork went out of their way to help resolve the issues. Instead of giving the problems back to me to resolve, they actually contacted the offices of both doctors. And my rebates were in my account overnight. I send very large bouquets to the staff of Medicare at Springwood NSW.
Rang their phone number above, only to go thro' series of automated answering service questions to finally receive message that this number is an information only service!!! Clearly do not want to answer their phone to Springwood! Timewasting, definitely no help at all. Useless Government non-service!
Shocking service, made me wait 20 minutes outside only to let me inside and tell me i have to wait another hour and a half. They don’t know how to help customers at all, don’t go to springwood centrelink! absolutely furious
Waited an hour to be served only to be told to do it online. When they ask why you are in there and you give your answer and it is required to be done online they should just tell you that. Waste of time
This is a very poor service does not offer call back Can’t not understand the word complaint or something else or i need an income statement as on online does not print off with a name on it So much for assisting the disable
Everytime I go there's never a long wait. Every staff I've seen has been polite. Only negative is the lack of parking in the area.
