Received a letter in the mail saying that I owe the ATO over 5k for what? I know nothing about it nor someone has used my details including my name and that, and I can't do anything about it! And they are wanting to sue me for not paying it? I'm in financial hardship for the past 15 years. I need a email for me to send a complaint about because this is beyond a joke!
It was financial problems that led me to the top of this building, the Australian taxation system lending no lenience to my already building plight. Ironically, the building wasn’t quite high enough to produce the results I desired.

The social worker Susan Ducie is a gem at your service in Penrith. She literally is an amazing person. Helped me throughout I my hardship & still very helpful. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to her.
I have never managed to speak to an actual person by calling. My tally of waiting on the phone sits at eight or nine hours . The main phone number is always busy and all other numbers IF i get through at all go onto call waiting - anything from forty minutes upwards of waiting - only for the call to be mysteriously dropped. Going in is better at least. Waiting in the office will get your existence acknowledged and the staff are nice but still our claim was bungled for WEEKS before we got any help. We were down to our last scraps of money and had been in every day for a week. God help you if you have mobility, extreme anxiety or fatigue issues, I can only imagine how hard it would be then! Which is ironic really since people with disabilities or problems are meant to be HELPED by this system. Get it together centrelink!
Well all I can say is kudos to the lady who looked after me last time at penrith centerlink office. She was absolutely lovely. Fixed my problem without any hassle, apologised profusely for the last person who I delt with over the same thing. In and out within 22mins a new record for me lol. I'd like to also add that I usually have no problem dealing with centerlink but then I guess I have been dealing with them for on & off for years now lol. Be polite & curtious & you will usually get the same response, after all they are human too.
Stop paying people to sit on the dole. Pay them to work at the ATO so there is service. I feel sorry for the staff there. There should be more of them
10/10 for the lady up in the blue mountain who took my call today. She did not miss a beat with fixing jobkeeper and in record time. Many thanks
needs a lot better customer service. some staff gotta stop being so rude. and less wait time... try fire & hire more. & pick up the phone aye
Today I had visit Centerlink Penrith to do Medicare card for my 3 month old baby and tereasa serves me she was very helpful and friendly I really appreciate Thank you so much TEREASA SAM
