The best nail salon experience in Sensationails ! The minute you walk in you are surrounded by serenity. The staff is super friendly & professional. I recommend to all my friends, co-workers, & family for sure!!!

This is my favourite hands down nail salon. Friendly staff, sit back and relax and they do a fantastic job and I’ve never had a bad experience. They offer a loyalty program as well

I had a bad experience when I went there for the 1st time. I asked for gel nails. The lady was so fast and not careful at all. Ruined my nails. This time I decided to go back there but I asked opinion 1st about how to do my nails. The lady different from last time suggested manicure with shellac. And I said yes. It was really professional and careful with her work, I loved the result!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I paid $75 for my nails only lasted 2 weeks they weren’t filed properly and the edges were so bumpy there was so much acrylic powder applied they were so thick in the end result. The top of the nails were uneven and bumpy the technician was so rough and rushed so much they were so rude as-well. Definitely would not recommend

I have been going to Sensationails at Toombul for a long time now and have never ever left the salon not feeling 100% satisfied.  The fact that I get so many compliments from strangers about how lovely my French finished finger nails look i think speaks for itself. The staff never fail to acknowledge me when I arrive.   . These people complaining about waiting for an hour - why are they still waiting? After 10min why haven't they got one of the staff's attention and enquired about the wait time and maybe gone and done some shopping. As for complaining about the quality of the workmanship  for goodness sake if you aren't happy why wait to go home and waste your time writing a bad review.  Say something at the time and give the technician an opportunity to rectify the alleged problem.  This business like so many others will have suffered very badly in the recent economic and health crisis and the fact that the same beautiful faces smile back at me when I go in makes me extremely happy. I had the worst experience here... I came in to get my nails done today as I’m getting married on the weekend so I asked to test between two colours just to make sure as u know they can vary on the nail.  They told me it couldn’t be done, even if I paid extra and in the process managed to insult the way my nails were looking?? Honestly if you would like to go somewhere to be insulted, you’ve found the right place. I’ll never be returning as all staff were extremely rude. As a beauty therapist myself I know to be more accommodating than that. Poor customer service and pathetic attitude

Very bad customer services,  full set nails the quality was very bad, two nails fell off in two weeks,  the nails were bulky and thick. Went back to tell them, they refused to help.  They said they can't guarantee work after one week. My friends told me the nails were done really badly, I don't recommend sensationails.  I went to princess nails who did a very good job.
