I did my acrylic nails at this salon.I'm so  disappointed with their service.My friend and me, we want the same design and we show them the picture as well. Second picture is what we wanted and 1st picture is what we got.They charge us $80 each for this worst nail. Even at my workplace my colleagues were asking who did worst nail.I feel so awkward. I attended today for an acrylic nail refill and pedicure. I must admit, I was told to sit for a pedicure and then asked to come over for my refill first. I did have 3 different people complete my refill and colour. The gent who I believe is the Manager did the majority of my nail work and to be honest, I can’t fault his work. He was quick which isn’t always a good thing but I will give him 5/5 for the shape and quality of finish on my nails. Really happy with my nails and would go back again if the gent did my nails. I can understand that other people did feel like they got rushed through as I could see this happening with other customers today. Just had SNS done here by Emma. She was lovely and listened to my concerns about my nails and really looked after me. I'm really happy with the results : I will definitely come back here for my regular appointments!

Me and my friend want to do the same design and the right one is what we want and second one is what we got. They didn’t understand what we want and was taking too much time. We asked them if they don’t Know this design they can paint the glitter one but they didn’t understand about that and was rude as well. Worst experience ever. Never going back to this place again. Don’t go if you want to try some cool designs.

Worst nail salon I’ve been too. When I entered the man who is assumed was manager started trying to rush other clients out to make room for us which was very rude and unfair to those people who paid for the service. The lady who did my nails was snarky and condescending. The colour I chose at first was a bit too bright in comparison to the swatch I chose. She had only painted a bit on my pinky when I asked if I could change the colour very nicely. To this she huffed and puffed and rushed me into another colour which I didn’t really like. I asked her if the colour she was now putting on would darken a bit more with a few layers. She dramatically sighs and says “you don’t like the colour”. I said “I do, I’m just asking if it will turn out darker.” Her Co worker kept giggling and looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and was trying my best not to cry. Eventually when she finished my nails she says in the most rude tone “see the colour’s nice”. The colour is streaky some parts a bit see through and a few days later the tips of my nails are all snapping and falling off. I’m really disappointed with the service and the way the nail techs behaved. Really unprofessional and not worth the money. I’m not usually one to complain about service but this really ruined my day and my nails always stay on at least two weeks, not a few days.

Despite the fact that the girls were busy, I was politely asked to sit down and wait for a few minutes, a foot bath was prepared. I liked pedicure + massage and manicure. Time is very important to me, the masters did their work quickly and accurately. Pleasant music is playing in the salon. I put five stars without a doubt.Services:&nbsp;Back massages

First time to this place and will never use again. No hand washing between all of the filing and polish being applied, it felt awful. Lights for setting polish underneath so you have to contort yourself. Changes of staff, the man who took over just stood and went between other customers to finish the polish. At the last top coat he just said ‘finished’,  thankfully I’ve had my nails done before and knew to place them under the lights. At the end there were all loose bits that hadn’t been filed away and needed to be fixed, only due to me bringing attention to it.

First timer here I won’t be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone else! They placed me right in the corner like a leper even though there were other stations free! Right next to their storage with cupboard boxes on the side of my chair! And with vacuum in plain sight wow I spent $65 for this?? Why was I placed there?? Other people who walked in were not put in the corner! The young lady who did my pedicure massaged my legs so hard it bloody hurt! Ladies I have paid less for a pedicure elsewhere and the service was so much more enjoyable and relaxing! The massage chair I sat in was about the best thing out of whole experience…prestige?? I beg to differ…my self care went out the window today!!!?Services:&nbsp;Foot massages
