Doctors & nurses here are awesome, reception team make you feel like you’re walking on eggshells and they never have any available appointments/walk ins until the next week. They used to do walk ins before Covid and it was amazing - used to be a 20min wait to see a doctor but I haven’t been able to see a doctor here in months because they’re never available when I need to see them. Thinking of transferring
Doctor Shafiq Hussain is the best doctor one can have, your never just a number to him. He is amazing and gets things auctioned, he has been absolutely awesome with myself and Son, he is the only doctor we will see. He just gets you, he remembers you and your doctors record. Thanks to him I finally got a push to MRI scans and the treatment I've needed in many years that other doctors didn't bother doing. I have only amazing things to say about him. There is 3 reception staff here too that know you by name and are always so friendly and amazing. Please know that is a major asset in this day.
Joined recently thinking this would be a good fit for my family. The building itself is nice a new, but I can never seem to get an appointment until days later. Too busy for us unfortunately
The receptionist Robyn should be taught on how to talk to people. It's so frustrating to call and to listen to her rude response all the time. Seddon medical should know that people who call in the clinic require medical attention and some empathy from your receptionist would be appreciated. Hopefully they improve on this!!! Dissappointing!!!
Wow. I've not used these Drs myself but my elderly parents recently signed up to the practice. Nothing but praise for the place. My mums been in a couple of times and the staff have been kind caring welcoming and straight up awesome. It's great for me living approx an hr from them knowing they have Dr's who will actually see them when they're unwell. I would give you more stars but can't! Thanks again for taking such great care of your patients.
Spoken to Amanda today on a very short notice phone consult who I can only say was calming and very nice to talk to and very professional. A very positive exp for me from start to finish. I can now finally get some sleep. Thank you.
Worst experience I've had with a doctors. I've been going to this place for over a year and never have I had a booking when I actually needed it. You get sick and you can be seen next week or the week after. Absolutely shocking. It's as if the receptionist expects you to put your illness on hold until you can be seen. I spoke with the receptionist Robin on Monday morning asking if I can get an appointment soon. She told me they are booked out for that day but I can call on Wednesday or Thursday morning and book in for the walk in service. I called this morning being Wednesday now and spoke with Robin again, asking if I can book for a walk in today or tomorrow. To which she replied "we can't take any more bookings until next week Tuesday. We are fully booked out" I asked her how that can be and how she has told me 2 different stories 3 days apart. To which she played dumb saying she doesn't know what's happened and that I'll simply have to wait to be seen. I asked her on Monday if I needed to place a booking then for the walk in service so that this exact thing doesn't happen. All she told me was "nope no need just call in the morning and we can get you booked in". This woman has no clue about what she's upto. I'll never go back to Seddon medical again and i will never recommend it to anybody. The service is appalling,it takes forever to be seen once you have a booking and the nurses there don't seem to have any idea about what's going on. Stay clear from this place, the A&E is more reliable then these jokers.
This would be the best Medical Centre I have ever been involved with. Receptionists are professional an so welcoming. Dr Aziz has been the most amazing supportive Doctor after a stressful illness 18 months. I have had texts from the Clinic inviting me to check in. I'm sure my journey to wellness has been a better experience as I have felt so valued by Dr Aziz. The Nurses also. Everyone here seem hand picked for this Clinic. Thank you Seddon Medical.
Doctors are amazing but their new receptionist is very rude. I saw her talking in a fed up way with an elderly man who was having trouble with his card. Also my partner has said shes had a nasty tone with her before. Doctor's are amazing tho!
Some of the Doctors are excellent. But everything else all these negative reviews say is correct. No available appointments, no walk ins, long waits, receptionist speaking rudely to elderly patients, no test results call back. The worst covid testing station and a rough Dr who jabbed it in so hard & held it in there way to long - I've been tested elsewhere so, like most of us, have some experience with this one.
