I visit the lab quite frequently, and it’s always a bit unpredictable how busy they’ll be—sometimes they’re swamped, other times less so. My most recent visit was positive; I waited about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad. A friendly and professional staff member then expertly took my blood sample, carefully verifying my identity to ensure everything was correct. Her attention to detail and courteous manner really stood out—excellent service.
Had a great experience with Kanchan. Thank You so much for going above and beyond. Your calm, caring and friendly approach made a real difference and turned stressful situation manageable. I am truely grateful for the care and respect you showed during our visit.
Friendly, efficient staff, good at what they do. I’ve been here a few times in the last month or so and had 3 different people. All great. Dexter is a stand out - nice demeanour, friendly, excellent phlebotomist! Almost fainted after first large blood draw but they helped me through it with care despite a busy day. Really appreciate it.
The staff here are always fantastic! So friendly and competent. Always put me at ease and make having blood taken a breeze. It's a busy place but a good system in place to wait your turn.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!nnI went in for a blood test on Saturday morning. A woman had my blood tests done and mentioned it was hard to find my vein, I advised her it’s usually done on my other arm. However, she did not respond and continued with the needle. I have not had my blood tests done in a long time and thought the pain was normal. I started noticing the pain was still present when I got home and also considerable bruising. At this point I knew it was not normal as this is something I have not experienced before.nnIt has now been almost 5 days since my blood test and the bruising seems to be getting worse see attached photo.nnVery disappointing as I do put trust in staff at the labs to do their jobs adequately and professionally.nnPosting up a review so that others do not have to experience this and so that adequate training could be provided to staff!
