had a great experience with Kanchan during my blood test. She was professional, gentle, and most importantly — she found my vein on the first try, which is rare for me! I usually have difficult veins, but she made the process quick and almost painless. Highly recommend for anyone who’s nervous about blood draws.
I've been here twice and both experiences were not that great. The first time I had been here I was delt with by a woman who had no nice mannerism. I let it be as I thought she could be having an off day. Then I went in today and delt with a different woman the lady with curly platinum hair, again no care at all, I felt like I was a burden being there when I needed to get my bloods for my pregnancy. If you are going to go here dont expect any kind customer service provided by some of the staff.
Customer call centre lady should find another job if she hates people ringing up for information. Not handling a call with grace and consideration says alot about her personality. She said They are busy with clients excuse me I am a client.nIm not happy at all.nI hope the service is better.
Feedback Regarding Today’s VisitnnMy experience today was unfortunately mixed—starting off poorly, improving briefly, then ending with discomfort and disappointment. I have very small veins and always advise staff in advance. I also experience anxiety around needles, which I explained to Karla. However, she did not acknowledge this, nor respond when I said the spot she chose looked like it would be very sore.nnDuring the blood draw, she moved the needle around without success and then abruptly pulled it out. When I expressed the pain and anxiety I was feeling, she responded with, “We’re doing the best we can,” in a tone that felt dismissive. While I absolutely believe your team is doing their best, it felt like I wasn’t being heard or respected in that moment.nnThankfully, Dexter stepped in and was excellent—kind, gentle, professional, and most importantly, he listened. The difference in care was very noticeable.nnUnfortunately, more than an hour later, my entire arm remains very sore from the first attempt. The pain has impacted my ability to use it, and I’ve had to take the rest of the day off. I’m disappointed by the lack of care shown initially, especially given how preventable this outcome might have been with more sensitivity and listening.
Good and efficient.nnCan get busy at times since it serves a large area and we don’t have many options to go elsewhere.nnRooms are ok, just tired/old and not very soundproof.nnBathroom facility is okay but they could do with another.
