Very happy. Managed to get an appointment on the same day. I had a manicure and am very happy with the result. Was no issue removing my shelak on nails and I don't believe they charged me for it either. They have all the tools to do the job efficiently and effectively. I can highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back.

Scratchers nails boutique is awesome! The shellac really lasts for ages, because the staff take such great care in doing a quality job. Real value for money, and the owner and staff are so down to earth, friendly and fun. It's great to see that the owner has also employed an international woman, really giving her a chance at a reputable nail bar, and showing through her really welcoming nature and business. I love it, and don't doubt I'll be a loyal customer for years to come.

Great service booking over the phone and great job on my nails. I was late but specialist still made sure my nails were done properly. Thank you.

I have been going to Jo for nearly 13 years .  I have followed her from City, to  Morningside and now to James Street.  Scratchers are the BEST nail artists in Brisbane and I would recommend them to anyone.  Great price, great services and great girls.    Louise
