Highly Recommend. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I've went 3 times to this salon and they do not disappoint. They are quite busy most of the time May change staff in between nail application and completely understandable since the place tends to get full with customers. Now, I'm not the kind to leave reviews but my 3rd experience made me do it. I went in with a very fresh tattoo on my finger and told them to just skip that nail. They were very aware and attentive to that finger and even told me they could paint it without the drill. I also had natural nails and ones that needed acrylic, They told me it was no problem and they could do acrylic on the short nails and shellac on the natural ones. End result was exactly the same as the reference. Nails lasted very long. 2weeks No fallen nails. Price was on the higher end at $75 -- was worth it since they lasted very long and very pretty

I visited at 11:15 this morning and it's only been 6 hours and my nail is already chipping away. I did have one nail fixed and paid $10 to apply 2 tiny drops of that nail glue which is absurd considering that my nail has broken in a matter of hours. I asked for a matte top coat which the lady said would cost another $10 and I chose not to get it.  I've never had a nail salon charge extra for the matte top coat. Isn't the matte top coat applied instead of the shiny one? Then why is it extra? Moreover the nails are shaped differently on every finger and she ran the drill bit on my skin in one finger. When I pulled my hand away in pain she didn't bother and continued on. After the final coat she just got up and left. I sat there waiting for her to apply cuticle oil but gave up eventually so I ended up with really dry and rough cuticles. Probably the only good thing about the place is the hand scrub they have in the hand wash area.

$65 for just gel on natural nail. Very expensive and for what. Lady was nice enough. I asked for no length off and they made my nails very short. Streaky polish. Looks like I did it at home.  Update: It won’t let me reply here. I did not ask for an “organic” base coat nor was I asked if I wanted one. Why would I come back in? How are you going to regrow the natural nail you filed and cut off.

I went there 6:20pm last night and asked to do the gel nail extension nail.and I saw lots of clients paid by cash so I asked the staff is that only accept cash? She told me that they accept card. they love card. After finished when I asked that staff how much is the total? The answer is $110….. I said that’s expensive, the staff didn’t have any explanation with bad attitude. because I went to the same store in Myer, they only charge me 80 or 85with the exactly same style. Confusing and high-price, extremely bad attitude.

I went there yesterday around 4:30 pm , the lady was rushing, I paid 60 for my nails. The first picture was yesterday ,2nd picture is just today and I haven't done anything ... The lady even removed my nail polish because the thing she used to dry my nails is not really working .. After she polished and everything, ahe began again to used her nipper to remove the dry skin... i always get my nails done with you but this time soooooo dissapointed. The pregnant lady was the best she always do my nails and even lasted for 5 weeks.. Not happy

Tee & her team are the best nail technicians in Brisbane CBD - no question! I have been to nearly every nail salon in the city and I don’t believe anyone compares.  I have been going to Professional Nails for 5 years & I have never had a bad experience, its a big claim I know, but I’m there nearly every 3 weeks for acrylics and when I want to treat myself, a pedicure.  The nail technicians are highly trained & skilled, provide great advice on current colour trends and quite frankly are super happy, friendly and always make you feel welcome & listened too.  I often receive compliments on my nails & I always make sure to send people, Tee’s way.  Thank you Tee for always making me feel like a million bucks.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Best salon ever! I was greeted as soon as I came in and the service following was great. All the tools used were sanitary and clean which I’m such a hygienic freak so it was such a nice relief to see. Staff were prompt and super helpful with suggestions on my first time full set. The service was relaxing and efficient and my nails look so good. This is my new go to for sure !!

Been here three times now. Really like it. They have Afterpay and they’re always very friendly and nice. The only complaint I have is the sheer colours, maybe it’s a me problem because I chose a lighter colour but you could still the white on my mail underneath the polish and I was kinda confused why they couldn’t just add more layers to make it darker and not transparent but I had to choose a different colour that they painted over the top. They handled my complaint very well and I will continue to come here for my mani and pedis

The girls here are amazing! I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and this is the only place I trust going to because I know they will do an outstanding job every single time without fail. The shop is beautiful the girls are so friendly the owner herself is such a gem! She's the type of lady who goes above & beyond to make sure the clients are happy & enjoy there experience. I refuse to go anywhere else! 10/10
