I think this place should be a local institution if it is not already. It is what a local cafe should be with out all the bells and whistles - solid food, friendly service and great coffee. They rotate salads but they are always amazing fresh and flavourful
The coffee here is well loved in the area, and people are out the front pretty much all day. They do the best muffins in the area, or anywhere really. Their food menu isn't extensive, but what they offer is a little different, and well made. I've only had takeaway from here.
Best chai in town. Coffee is up there too.
One of my favourite cafés in Sydney, and definitely the one I visit the most. All the food is delicious and healthy, with interesting flavour combos. They also have a constantly changing menu that has featured some of the best sandwiches of my life.

Great value for money with their breakfast special menu, pictured is the nourish bowl for $15, not pictured: pleasant service and delicious chai tea.
Scout's provide the yummiest muffins I have ever tasted in my life!! Their flavour combinations are next level; pear and choc, ricotta + strawb + walnut...the list goes on !! The whole cafe is amazing, such a warm atmosphere, and they provide such quality food and coffee for such cheap prices : thankyou scouts!
One of the best coffees I've had. Payment processing needs an upgrade though, as the terminal they have isn't very reliable. Perhaps try Square?
