Appetite Cafe

We ordered 2 portions of the Appetite big breakfast. It was good! The toast with salted butter was nice though the toast was a tad overly done. The mushrooms were perfect! Bacon, eggs and hash browns are done right as they should be. Overall hearty breakfast. Service is very fast and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Decent breakfast. Good coffee. Ordered the Haloumi hash brown, couldn't really taste the Haloumi. Service was fast and friendly. Very much a 'local' vibe. Price to value ratio pretty good.

I wanted to have a smallish breakfast dish but there was no option besides the Big Breakfast. It was suggested I order eggs then add sides, however two sides would have made this just as pricey. $16.50 was paid for what amounted to a tasting platter of breakfast foods. One teensy chipolata, one half tomato, one hash brown, two eggs the only saving grace - perfectly cooked, one tiny slice of dry wholemeal toast and a bit of poorly cooked bacon. I actually thought they had prepared me a half meal to accommodate my smaller appetite, but no - full price thanks! Not impressed.

I came here on a lazy Sunday afternoon after spending the weekend on the Central Coast. It had the perfect relaxed atmosphere that I needed and decent food to get over a hang over. The service was quick and food reasonably priced. It always amazes me the quality that Redfern is putting out these days.

bacon and egg roll was spot on. best hot chocolate i've ever had. highly recommended for that sunday morning lazy breakfast.

Does the job admirably. Really nice three cheese omelet. No problem to bring me some jam as well on the side. Good place to chill.

Very friendly waitress always goes well and beyond in customer service! Good food and fresh juice. Coffee can be improved.

best coffee in the area....nice relaxed atmosphere....always fast service....good breakfast, nice eggs....I have deducted one star because they dont have eftpos facilities the live in the cash economy which is a real pain on a Sunday morning when you cant be bothered finding an ATM etc. Delicious coffee though!

Really good burgers and chips, needing to try Appetite for breakfast. Looking forward to stopping by again soon.
