Scopa Cafe Cuccina is located in the heart of Cuba Street. Owned and operated by Leonardo and Lorenzo Bresolin , Scopa is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Famous for our housemade pizza, pasta and italian hot chocolate. Scopa is a vibrant, fun and delicious Italian restaurant with the staff to match.

Crab meat fettuccine was great. Pasta was cooked just right, not soggy and not too hard. However, the octopus was overcooked in fact burnt. Kinda disappointed that they still served it. But the server was really kind to ask the kitchen to prepare the dish again. Another thing to note is that this restaurant does tipping. Hot chocolate apparently was a must try thing here. But I just find it a bit overrated.

Really good food here but the portion I had was relatively small (I got the Gnocchi). I am very greedy how ever so the size would probably be fine for most diners. The quality of the food was delicious but they could do with a few more choices on the menu (other than pizza). My girlfriend loved the pizza there so maybe I should have just got that instead! Would definitely come back again though.

Staff is really great and helpful. I had a pizza that was insanely delicious. If you are a prosciutto lover, just go there. They know how to cut it! Price is ok for the quality of food. Choice of beer is a bit limited. The interior design isn’t really of my taste.

Scope is one of my go-to places in town. Cuba street is full of great places to eat, but Scopa stands out. Highlights: Pizza tuesday, easily the best hot chocolate in town, the pasta bolognese and the people watching on a busy corner. It's also usually easy to find a place to sit, it's suitable for larger groups and quiet enough for a conversations without yelling.
