We have known Dave and his team for twelve years. In this time they have completed major works at both of our properties. We can't thank them enough for both the quality of works and the value that it has added to our home. Highly recommended at a very competitive rate compared to other quotes that were submitted. We saw these other FAKE reviews below and had to comment. These are all Indians that had also contacted our Company and tried to sell us websites and telephone packages. When we didn't want to deal with them they also put bad reviews up on Google. These people have no right legally or morally to defame and discredit any business, but when you tell them to not contact you ever again this is what they do. When Google is contacted about any of these false and defamatory reviews, they do NOTHING!!! Shame Google, Shame!!!!

DON'T BE FOOLED.....The bad reviews written here are complete and utter nonsense, these people have never had any contracts with SCM and do not even live in Australia!!! SCM provides professional tradesman and top quality projects. You will only need to visit their website to see the proof for yourself.

I bought a property (brand new) from Chirag Vihol in may 20014. I was a first home buyer and i was so excited about my new home. Ever since we moved in the house has been flooding from the back end of the house!!! I contacted SCM contract manager who came out to see the place and he was there for 2min, took pics and said i'll call you. Didnt hear from him. Contacted another manager he came out, had a look and started to work on it but, he has been working on it for 8 months and the house is still flooding.

Well what can i say...Very poor quality work, trades persons very inexperienced, first fix carpenters taking short cuts, walls out of place, will not listen or fix things, very stressful experience, threats to stop building work when pointing out faults, asking for progress payments before work is finished, very unhappy!! stay away from them!! Lots of builders around its quiet now

Horrible experience, the sales guy stuck like a glue and it the end had to say .. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME, I AM NOT INTERESTED. Still received few calls. OMG
