I couldn't recommend Natural Stone Consulting any more highly! We started our search for tiles going to the usual suspects, thoroughly uninspired until we found these guys. Andy met us at the showroom and talked to us in depth about our needs and the pros and cons of each tile type to help us find something that suited our space. Just such a helpful approach that you don't get from any standard retailers and really useful when you're lost in a world of different materials with no idea what is practical in any given space. We picked our tiles, which were stocked and available to deliver within a week. Our project timelines changed but they had no issue at all holding on to the stock for us while we found another tiler to do the work. Delivery was straight forward and smooth, minimal breakages maybe 2 or 3 out of maybe a thousand tiles!. We love the quality of the tiles, they are so different and handmade and beautiful. We ended up placing 3 orders as we were tiling the hallway, downstairs loo and a fireplace and ended up using way more than expected to tile half the wall throughout the W/C - the tiles were so lovely we couldn't resist making them a bigger feature. Big shoutout to Gabi for helping us with all our orders - getting invoices prepped same day, answering loads of questions and sorting out delivery and even when we ran short by a few tiles she went out of her way to pick up one last little box from the warehouse and pass it on to Andy to bring to the Newbury showroom for us to collect to save us paying for delivery again. And as we did some work over Xmas Gabi made absolutely certain we had a delivery slot booked to get our tiles when we needed them before she logged of for the holidays - what incredible service! Thanks so much to the whole team who were all so lovely and we'll be back as we continue doing up our house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them!
Natural Stone Consulting are absolute experts in stone. If you want quality, go to them. I chose them as most other commercial places I'd visited I felt the stones looked fake. Their stone is amazing and they cater for all budgets. I'm a big researcher, I spend months researching and finding what I believe to be the best. I probably went to 20 different places before I finally found Natural Stone Consulting and as soon as I walked in the show room I knew they were different. The showroom is amazing, way better than any other I visited as the floor is actually laid so you can see what it looks like. Natural Stone Consulting are also just genuinely lovely people. It's not online, faceless, these guys are experts but also delightful human beings you'll want to work with. Lastly, they're so knowledgeable, they have excellent contacts for stone tilers. The chap who laid our floor is probably the best craftsman I've ever met. The whole experience was just a pleasure, from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The company was very helpful sending samples, photos, providing advice, visiting the showroom. The tiles are a lovely quality much nicer than cheaper versions. The tiles are a good price compared to larger well known brands. I would definitely recommend and would use again.
Very impressed with Natural Stone Consulting. Having visited so many different stone companies, all of which had the same type of product, it was lovely to find a brand who offered something more unique. The service from start to finish was excellent too.
I am thrilled with my stone floor from Natural Stone Consulting. It gets so many compliments and looks beautiful throughout the entire downstairs of my cottage. Despite being a very chunky stone it works beautifully with underfloor heating. The stone I decided on was out of stock when I initially enquired so I had have faith it would arrive in time for my building project to progress. I need not have worried as it arrived exactly on schedule as I had been promised. Delivery was smooth as I was advised I would need to upgrade the delivery to include a moffit as I live on a small lane unsuitable for the larger truck. It was a small extra expense but saved a lot of stress when the delivery was made. It was a very smooth ordering process and included advice on how to lay and look after the tiles and all the ancilliary products we needed to finish the floor.
Wonderful service from a family owned business. The products were of great quality and at very reasonable prices. Our builders said that the York Stone supplied by Natural Stone Consulting was some of the best they had ever seen! All delivered on time.
Tiles arrived, once the pallet had be opened I could clearly see damage to a substantial amount of tiles I continued to unpack the remain tiles looking for further damaged, found couple more with small chips which I thought fair enough I can probably use. Made a note and took photos. Informed the company via email of my findings and waited for a response short while later received an email say the tiles are fine for use so we will not be offering any replacements. Nice work guys!!!
We bought tiles from this company for our kitchen utility bathroom and hall. We are so pleased with the finish and quality of the tiles and the customer service was fantastic. Will definitely use this company again to buy our patio tiles in spring. Thank you!
Really efficient, great value and an excellent product. Stacey could not have been more helpful. Very responsive and made sure that we had what we wanted when we needed it. I would definitely use again, only the beautiful york stone they delivered will last for a thousand years!
Great service from start to finish. Huge beautiful range to view and choose from. Would highly recommend.
