Absolute great service from everyone there. So friendly and helpful, even offers a cupper tea or coffee while you wait to get your hair done or even whilst doing your hair. Laurel K, you were excellent, so friendly. I will be back

Dont get permanent straightening from these guys...i got mine done few months ago, they had gotten the chemicals way to close to my scalpe and my hair started to break heaps. Its been 3-4 months the breakage is more obvious, chunks of hair is missing. Worst decision ever. If you do decide to make sure they dont touch the scalpe :( Not worth what i paid for.

My cousin went to Schnips Manukau to get her hair colored NO TRIM/CUT just colored.... she wanted to get a full head blonde caramel color done, the lady told then her that if she goes with that it wouldn't suit her skin tone? what a lot of BS😑 so then she told her if she gets a balayage ash colour on top of a dark brown colour it'll look good on her (also showed her a picture of what she's going to get)...they both agreed to get the EXACT same color on her hair as it is shown on the picture.... she then told my cousin she'll show her their quote/price of what she was going to pay and ended up didn't get it but started the process anyways, 😨😲 and she had to wait hours just to get a bloody color on her hair also said she'll just give it a little TRIM then she took junks off her hair (about 18 -20cm) then tell her later that it was going to come off anyways even if she didn't cut it because of so much bleach they've put on.... 😠😡😡 we can't even see the highlights on her hair looks like they dye her hair black all over she's not pleased with it either and their total cost was $650??for a💩💩💩💩job.... I WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE if I was her so expensive they charge you $100 an hour😒even if it's a 30 mins haircut👎👎👎
