Every Christmas we splash out at Scarfo's. They have the best lamb roasts and tastiest ham on the bone. Pricey but worth it for a once / year spend. Staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. 
The only time I've seen them get flustered is when Christmas customers forget their order numbers. Scarfo's runs on a number system due to the large volume of orders and as long as you remember your number, you'll be fine.

Absolutely great customer service & good quality varieties of meat. I have never seen a more friendlier butcher. Will definitely recommend.
