Love this place, it has everything pork you could need including some of the parts you can't get anywhere else intensines, brain, hearts, tongues, heads, they really use the whole animal. Butcher is knowledgeable about the best parts of the animal for what dishes, and you can check when they have it in next.
Well worth the trip to stock up on pork, chicken and any salumi - kids enjoyed the cheese sausages and salami/ham ends are great value for homemade pizzas.
A great selection of meats and all at reasonable prices. The service is always friendly and helpful. Plus I love the smell of the freshly smoked meats.
Good choice of meats available. Highly recommend their bbq pork ribs, around $10.50 per kilo and loaded with meat. Although some of their prepackaged meats are cheaper in Spud Shed, you’d assume the factory shop would be cheaper than a supermarket.
Great place for all your meat needs. It is a bit difficult to find but once you know you know.nFresh meat, good prices.
