Mr Pasquale Princi left Italy and docked in Fremantle in July 1949. A year later he started this butcher trade. The seventh generation is now running the family business. In this shop, there were hot food as well as good quality meat. P. Princi has all the award-winning free-range hams and nitrate-free hams, Angus grass-fed beef, milk-fed baby veal, WA grass-fed lamb and all the free-range poultry ready for sale. Cheers! 2022-03
The scotch fillet steaks were thick and juicey $17 and worth every cent. So tasty and tender. The pasta trays are solid value too. Thanks everyone in store and producers.

I bought a rolled pork porchetta for Christmas day. As a Vegetarian I was very unsure of cooking it correctly for my family. I followed the online instructions from Princi butchers and everyone said it was the best pork with great crackling! Thankyou
Highly recommend!! Great costumer service, I went for a stake and they gave me the Angus stake it was delicious! You just need to walk in to realise they have a really good meat quality! P.princi I’ll se you soon
Best butcher in town. Joe and his family welcome every customer like dear friends, and share with love and passion all of their amazing produce. All of their meat is hand selected, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Go no where else if you want the best meat very fairly priced.

The worst French Cutlets we had ever eaten. Presented well and not cheap , but tough and virtually inedible.
