Building is well lit with heaps of windows. Racks are packed but not crammed. Awesome staff. Shop had a steady stream of people while I was there. Same changing rooms as other savemarts, working latches so that's good, and a big mirror to check in. Looks like they work super hard to keep it all looking good. Would be cool to see a few more signs up in ladies wear, but I had time to wander and figure it out, so not prob. Looking forward to coming back with a better plan
So many nice clothes to look through, but the price tags had me stumped! I thought it was a second-hand shop, but the prices are the same as new items some even higher than their original value. There were so many coats and jackets for $89.99?! And plenty of things were not clean at all...
Always my guilty pleasure shopping here nearly 30 years. Kids used to love watching the videos in the tv room. Have seen items l've spent decent $ on for sale a third of the price. Unique items not seen in the Warehouse or K Mart. Walkway nearby for bored big kids and husbands.
Went to this shop today, we were from out of town. Didn't realise the shop closed at 4pm. Two staff members were so rude, I decided to not buy my goods due to the way we were spoken too,it was unbelievable. I will never return to this shop
Had a lovely experience and found some really awesome treasures. Great bargains even some label clothing items that looked near new, with great prices. Really friendly and helpful staff. We love shopping here and look forward to our visits when we are in Whanganui.
Way to ever priced now and its alot smaller now with alot less stuff now not worth the gas money to get there
Great if op shop clothing is your thing.
Good range but prices can be up there
If you have a mask exemption expect to be grilled and belittled. I'm happy to show my exemption card, but disgusted with the comments that "healthy looking people shouldn't have exemptions" It is no one's business why an exemption issued and not all illness's are visible. SaveMart please train your staff to be respectful of people with disabilities.
