Normally a fantastic shopping experience for people who have a need for more than what the 2 bigger grocery stores supply. Unfortunately their stock has declined to the point where they are not able to provide the more European style shoppers what they want.

Thought I share my experience for the first time shopping here and said to myself I give this business a go. I must say their well overpriced on the meat and and chicken as well as other stock in the store. When I told the lady at the counter the prices Marcato IGA in Thomastown are cheaper, she looked at me like dumb founded and said I don't have to be rude about it. Who's being rude? All I'm saying is the truth I replied. Never have I been disrespected by any staff member where I've shop like this lady and I had to ask for my receipt. Serious note, As for the butcher area swearing loud and for the elderly women standing there is quite rude frankly. Show a little of respect.  Oh by the way, if I wanted chicken skin with my Ribs, I  would of ask for it. Ok

Excellent customer service, staff are always helpful with a smile on their face.  Great range of products, always at a great price as well!

Friendly staff top quality deil and fresh meat a lot of the imported goods are a bit short at the moment because of transport problems

A sheer delight shopping there. They have a large range of continental groceries at a reasonable price, that are difficult to find elsewhere and are well stocked. I always look forward to my visits to this store. I often visualize recipes as I walk trough the aisles.

The butcher Joe was disgusting, very unhygienic and rude. Asked for help and when he handled my produce did not clean his hands from his prior task and left residue on it. Love the place but this single experience has turned me away from visiting again although it is so close to home.

Would've had a overall good experience, unfortunately I was not pleased with the safety and health standards demonstrated by one of the butchers as he was handling the meat in the deli in a very unhygienic manner. Not only that but he was also extremely rude and demonstrated no customer service etiquette.

I've always walk past this shop around lalor shops and I've heard some good thing and  thought I would give it a try. However I was met with extreme disappointment, due to an encounter the butcher working around 1pm on Tuesday. He had a disregard for hygiene and safety as he seem like he only cared about getting through the line of customer as fast and disgustingly as possible.

Fresh produce and really friendly and helpful advice from the butcher. He made our  first time salami making a stress free and enjoyable experience. Will have to purchase 20kgs next year. Thank you
