where do i begin? i go in for a simple request of a hair straightening and a trim and i get anything but. i paid $75, $25 of it was thrown in due to a treatment i never asked for and could not say no as i did not know i was getting it, i only thought i was getting a wash. paying that much however i expected a decent job to be done but i have returned home madder than ever and didn't even get the quality i hoped for. after blow drying my hair straight, it was still frizzy and unfinished but she finished it off there. i have had to come home, $75 poorer and had to finish the job off for myself back at my house. very UNHAPPY!!! will not be returning

do NOT get your hair extensions done here, worst experience of hair extensions i have EVER had out of my 4 years of wearing extensions. I had micro beads done and i had red hair at the time, she put brown in, and then tells me i couldn't color the extensions, i payed $250 and i got way less than half a head, it looked like i had some sort of tail. my hair extensions looked so unnatural, i went to a hairdresser to ask what i should do and they told me to get a refund straight away and that they never saw anything like it and that she ripped me off. While i was walking out of her salon i even heard her laugh, SERIOUSLY? i have never had such a bad experience at a salon before, i went back the next day and she refused to give me a refund as well. I ended up going to another salon and paying for another set of extensions and with this whole experience ended up paying over $550. she was horrible, had absolutely no experience in what she was doing, and she was so rude. She was DEFINITELY self taught. Not to mention when i took the extensions out i found that hers look like they burnt off when i used a straightener, weren't even half the length they were when she first put them in. I will never visit this salon ever again and i do not recommend it at all.

The worst hair dresser I’ve ever been to! Completely destroyed my hair where I had to get it cut all off she did that much damage!! Stay away from this place! Even when I tried to get my money back she refused and was very very rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how they are still running a business
