This place is truly a cut above the rest!!! I am expressing my gratitude to all of you at Hairhouse Highpoint! Your professionalism as a whole is admirable. The staff are incredibly experienced, courteous and friendly and always make you feel welcome and heard. They consistently demonstrate a willingness to ensure that I receive their undivided attention, advice and exemplary hair care. This is usually a rare feat with most hairdressers, or hairstylists. Product recommendations have been ‘on point’ and they have made my hair healthier than it has ever been. I would unequivocally recommend this store to everyone I know without hesitation. Thank you all so very much for your dedication, patience and time. For this, I am truly grateful! My hair is forever in your care!
Absolutely love my hair! Julia did an amazing job, she took her time and walked me through the process. Honestly the best service I could ask for. I also purchased some hair products for my kids and they were amazing. Can’t fault the staff at hairhouse highpoint! Very down to earth and easy going which keeps you comfortable.
Went in today to get a new stud for my nose and a tube of colour for my hair and Cody was amazing! From the min I walked in to the end of the transaction he had me smiling! So lovely and seeing him interact with the other customers as well. Amazing! Will definitely be going back to the Highpoint store to see him again.
Cody was extremely helpful and talked about the discounts that were available. He provided excellent customer service despite the high demand within the store. He clearly showed the ability to respond timely and politely to all customers whilst balancing this with being informative and providing the time required to each customer. Thanks so much Cody!!

I had previously been into the store to get hair dye and it didn’t turn out how the first Lady I spoke to said it would. I went in the next day to see what I could do to fix my hair and Cody was so helpful! He recommended some great products and encouraged me to come back when it’s time to recolour my hair and get a proper assessment of my hair. I would definitely recommend speaking to Cody when visiting the store!

I went in for a u cut, Rob was amazing! He understood my requirements and listened to me patiently while I explained with pictures. And gave really good advice regarding colour! The pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely go back! Thank you Rob!
Nose and Navel belt button piercing. Couldn’t recommend Eloise high enough for her caring and professional service. She was polite, professional and quick! Explained the process well and took time to answer all our questions. We originally tried SkinKandy who were rude and unprofessional! Highly recommend Hair House Warehouse Highpoint
I want to give a shoutout to Cody! Went in with long term struggles with dandruff and an irritated scalp but he came through with passion and really useful recommendations. I’ve had a week of trialling the products and I’m so grateful for it - my hair looks full of life and my scalp doesn’t itch at all. You can also tell that Cody really enjoys what he does. There’s nothing better than getting advice from someone who genuinely cares about hair!
