I've been having such an amazing experience at Oscar Oscar Salons over the past few months. My go to girl is Katerina and she is amazing!! When I first came, my hair was literally so dead and dry but with her guidance and amazing talent, she has brought my hair back to life and I love it and feel more confident!  Thank you Katerina for being amazing, non-judgmental and having the kindest soul. I trust no one else with my hair but you. Bianca did an absolutely amazing job! From my first consultation to my colour treatment today, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional! It is pricey ladies and gents but I have to say worth it. I have curly course hair and Bianca has given me two of the best haircuts I've ever had. So many compliments and curly girls asking me where I got it cut!. She really knows curly hair and how to cut, shape and style it, totally brought mine back to life. I've also had beautiful highlights in by Nhu as well. There are lots of touches that make the experience at the salon so relaxing and the staff are next level sweet and friendly. I have been going to Oscar Oscar for a very long time and spent money there since it’s not cheap. Usually Katerina does my hair but most of the time she’s fully booked. I haven’t been since COVID pandemic , maybe a year or less than 2 years. I rang today to book my hair colour and cut with Katerina on Saturday but the woman I have spoken to demanding for $ 100 deposit today since apparently I am a new guest. I have explained to her that I have been going to their salon for a very long time but she is very dismissive, rude and telling me that I can complain to the management. Wow, what a wonderful service! You think she will take into consideration to look in their file my records and how much money I spent it there. Staff like her needs to learn proper customer service because they are giving bad name to the company she’s working for.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I walked in this salon to enquire about hair cut after seeing ratings and hype of this salon online named as one of the best salon in Melbourne. However the receptionist was extremely rude. She had no basic manner or ethics to interact with clients. I just don’t understand businesses nowadays they think if they have some name, they can show attitude and talk rudely with their customers intending customers. Also to the staff members if you don’t like to talk nicely to customers please don’t work in customer service.

Had the most amazing experience at Oscar and Oscar high point.   Chloe and her team of talented staff applied my hair extensions. Nhu is a saviour. Cannot thank her enough for fixing my hair after it had been ‘hacked off’ by a hairdresser that I’d decided to try in my area. Nhu not only blended it to my liking but also suggested a colour to balance out the hideous colour I had done previously. You’ll be quoted a price for your service before the process starts and I can reassure you that it’s absolutely worth it.

Thank you sooo much Bianca! Best hairdresser I’ve ever been to!  She knows what I want before I even say anything and gives absolutely great ideas for what I should be doing with my hair next.
