Nice family friendly and comfortable Vietnamese restaurant. Decent flavours and decent portions. Wonton rice noodle soup + Beef chow mein/chow fun crispy egg noodles.
Friendly customer service. Nice big open space, great for big groups. Help yourself to the drinks cabinet. The menu has a wide or large selection, there is over 50 different dishes! A lot of workers at the back in the kitchen. Food come out really fast. Pho beef was served in a chipped bowl, unfortunately thats a no from me as its unhygenic and harbours bacteria. Thank you Sam Woo.
Solid place. Heaps of food portions, quick, spacious. Parking can be a bit tricky. Thank you staff
Definitely our family hide out spot. I have childhood memories of coming here and ordering the wonton soup, the rolls and the prawn fried rice I now make those memories with my own babies and they love it too highly recommend for friendly service, cleanliness and overall taste
Good service. Tasty dishes. Quick dish preparation. Not enough parking. Menu needs to be updated with more pictures please.
Super fast service. I love that you have so many options. I do feel however it's just a yum chinese type takeaway food. Nothing special and it only seems yummier than usual takeaway because generally you eat there so it's fresh. Definitely expensive sadly I was disappointed the last time i went. Vietnamese spring rolls are verily average in flavor too no authentic taste.
You could never feel unsatisfied with the food presentation the wonderful staff and to leave on a full stomach. Every dish you order you can't wait to enjoy it and the aroma perfect. I can tell you whom ever to stop in and enjoy your meal with friends, siblings, whanau, you would want to go back for more.Food: 5/5
Love Sam Woos. Our family have been frequent visitors for over 20years. Our go to's are Spicy squid, Satay chicken, spring rolls, salted steam chicken, pork ribs with plum sauce....tbh the list is endless
I have been here twice and both times have been pleasant for a small group of 5 We ordered: Salt and pepper calamari 3/5 Combination beef pho 4/5 Pork spring rolls: 4/5 BBQ pork soup: 3/5 BBQ pork on rice x 2: 3/5 Pork belly on rice: 3/5 6 x cans of drink there a 1.5l bottles available Cost: $150ish Overall, a good lunch with friends if your looking on the cheap side for a Sunday after church.
Parking is a little strange, customer service is average but is better then try it out for sure, pricing is very good and affordable for its portion, the venue is also huge and gets busy quite fast. However the flavour is not that great but they have improved. But I would not hesitate to come back anymore since the improvements have been made etc.
