This evening we felt like Peking duck so we decided to check out this new restaurant in the Pinelands shopping centre - previously called Beijing Roast Duck. Their version is the same as the previous restaurant's version - crispy skin with the succulent meat beautifully presented on a duck shaped plate. The menu doesn't seem to have changed much - it features some Sichuan dishes and Northern Chinese dishes which we look forward to trying. If you want to eat the duck, make sure you ring ahead and book your duck as they are very popular. The restaurant was full tonight Sunday night and every single table had a duck on it.
