I love the food here. My favorites are: - Shallot pancake - Hot and sour soup - Spicy lamb skewers
The food here is delicious and we loved the classic Xinjian dishes of BBQ lamb skewers seasoned with chilli powder, cumin, black pepper and salt and wonderfully chewy hand pulled noodles. The stir fried green beans with sun dried chilli and Sichuan pepper were fantastic. We'll be back soon to try some more dishes!
