Service was really quick and the food tasted very good but the serving sizes are not great, especially the chips, very thought we had a small when we ordered the large but it was the large. Not sure if go back unless they have better value for money.
Thought I would give Mexican fast food another try after Taco Bell. Just not for me, as you can see i did get a selection of dishes.
Genuinely perfect hot chips! I really don't know how they do it. Friendly staff, never have to wait too long to be served, pretty good burritos. Only negative is that they've messed up my order more than a few of times. Still go there every time I hit up Jam Factory though, just gotta stress those dietary requirements harder than I'd like to at the counter. Otherwise perfect
Finally a good burrito, better than "the 2 guys mexican chain".. tasty and nice burrito filled with shredded meat is what I had and on the other side a good tortilla filled with good stuff. Had the deal meal with a passion fruit drink but the chips were not totally clocked and they had sweet paprika as seasoning. I'll be coming again. Burrito only, 10 dollars. Around 15 with the deal meal
I like the food at Salsa’s but not the execution of it at the store. You’ll be served quickly at the counter but making the food is slow even when there are no other customers. The food is usually poorly cooked I’ve had corn chips that are burnt black or sloppily put together. You can have varying standards each time you go in, which makes it a bit of a roll of the dice about whether you’re going to come out content or annoyed.
The wait is often quite long here during peak times but the food is always pretty good quality and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I recommend the Baja steak burrito bowl. The steak is smoky, tender and delicious and the rice is pretty darn tasty.
Awesome service & great food!! Its a diner/restaurant atmosphere with a nice vibe. Free wifi & fresh food. It was made to order so took about 20 minutes but well worth it. My husband & i shared thd mince nachos & chipotle chicken hard tacos. Delicious flavours. It is an extra $2 for guacamole on nachos & $2 for cheese on the tacos which should be added already in my opinion but really yummy food. I highly recommend
The wworst burrito I have ever eaten, random inclusions in standard menu, no rice or beans and over salted tasteless chipotle chicken. If I hadn't hopped in my car and headed away before trying the burrito I would have asked for a refund. These guys need to look at what makes Mexican food so flavoursome and revisit the basics otherwise they won't be around for long.
Worst Mexican ever.... pulled pork quesedilla has f all meat... opened up quesedilla to this..
Tasty but basic Mexican food, nothing you wouldn't have already had at a madmex or fonda. Would recommend only if you're seeking food options within the Jam Factory, ie wouldn't make a trip out to just go there. Value for money. Would go again.
