Roll'd

This restaurant is terrible along with the entire chain. When asking them if they have celiac friendly food items they confirmed that the Sweet Potato Fries was safe and that their Rice Paper Rolls were also safe. So I ordered these items and end up having a celiac attack and ending up in the hospital as a result of their lying and lack of awareness of celiac disease and the complications it can cause people who suffer from this like I do. I highly recommend anyone with Gluten Intolerance or Celiac Disease to avoid this restaurant and perhaps their other chain stores because the staff do not listen and do not know what is safe for consumption and what is not. The noodle salads are really good. I love Roll'd but the one in Canberra is so much better... their meat is thinly sliced and a good proportion of all the salad ingredients not brown lettuce either!

Their ban mi sandwich is delicious. Quick service and good quality food. Loved it. If you ask for spicy be careful- it’s not a joke.

Ingredients were good preportions were wrong. 75%+ rice noodles in the fresh rolls. French roll bread over powers the whole sandwich. BUT some of the best Sweet potatoes fries going round

Worst Roll’d I’ve been to. No filling. One leaf of coriander. No chilli. The owner needs to go see how other Roll’d stores make things. Saving on fillings to the detriment of the customer experience.

Vietnamese fast food, love it! Fast, healthy and delicious. Best spring rolls ever!!!
