The food and drinks were great, just need to improve on your staff serving tables. When responding to all our queries we were greeted with a "WHAT!" all evening. My plate was cleared even though the knife and fork were placed in a "not done yet" position. I understand you're hiring offshore employees but at least train them up as it impacts your brand.

We came here as the night was dwindling down and most places were closing or closed. The bartender was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. He made me a delicious old fashioned. We didn't stay long because they were beginning to close up. We loved the vibe of the rooftop patio though and if we come back to Auckland I'm sure we'll visit again.

Great friendly place. We were in a group of 12 and where well looked after. Great range of drink, food was very good and certainly enough for us all, even a doggie bag was produced at end. Good views of inner harbor. Only thing was the escalators not working, and appeared not for sometime other than that, good busy city ? Restaurant/bar.

The restaurant has a country feel with views that are amazing looking over the viaduct basin. Friendly and well trained staff who treat guests like they are friends. The food is outstanding and a great selection of drinks are available from the bar
