Story

Sails Restaurant is proud to be a DineAid restaurant, collecting funds this year in November and December to assist The City Mission - Food Banks nationwide. A guaranteed 100% of the donations collected will help put food on the tables of New Zealanders in need. www.dineaid.org.nz

The sea food is divine especially the oysters:fresh and battered. The sashimi /scallops are fantastic, the beef dishes are equally amazing. To top it, the service is attentive, staff are always interactive..a must try is also the mushroom risotto which is immaculate!!
Went here for birthday dinner. We decided to go for their signature menu. And every dishes is flawless. True kiwi cuisines and we had to admit we tasted some of the best dishes here in Auckland. Would definitely come back for our next occasion.
We have visited Sail many many time. Every time is a wonderful experience. Jason food is just outstanding. Combine the service and location and this is the place to go for a romantic dinner or take a special business client. IF I could give 10 stars I would
Diner here for Valentine's day on the set menu for the occasion. Food and service where too notch ! Definitely recommended for a special occasion. The views alone are worth it.
Visited twice. Both times got a bit of attitude from with the lady ? Owner ? Maitre d'? at the front. Waiters were nice and polite however. Food was good - a bit dear for what you get. Have definitely had better and without the snobby reception.
