Story

Saigon One is a newly established family restaurant that specializes in pho - the traditional Vietnamese beef and chicken noodles soup. We also have everyone's favourite dishes of Com Tam (Broken rice with Pork Chops) and Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong (Vermicelli noodles with Grilled Pork and Springrolls). We also take bookings and orders for family functions with a tailored, specially designed banquet menu to your requests.

Really tasty beef pho! They pack takeaway food really thoughtfully and carefully too, it was appreciated. I would definitely come back to try more of the menu. Good prices too!

Quite good. But unfortunately compared to some others places in nearby Springvale, this place is substandard. We used to frequently dine at this restaurant but due to the variety of other food, we have stopped going. That said, the food isn’t bad, it just isn’t the best on this street.

I always order beef pho when I visit this place. The chicken pho is bit bland for my taste. You can choose the serving: small, medium or large (depending on how hungry you are) - and the large one (AUD13) is really huge. Tried their salad, fried chicken and I love those dishes too... My kids love to explore other dishes such as grilled chicken in broken rice, fried chicken, rolls etc. Overall, the food is good, and price is reasonable. One of our family's favourite place to eat.

Pho is Average as Compared to Springvale, but for the sake of conveniency this place will do.
