This place used to be one of the best places to eat in Clayton in the last year.  Not sure what has happened in the last six months.  But Petalinh street has taken a turn for the worst.  Half of the dishes on the menu are never available, and the staff are completely rude.  Even when asking for a simple request of having fried rice instead of steamed rice with a dish, they outright refuse, despite offering to pay extra.  When asked why, they said because they don’t want to.   
While we waiting for our food we saw the waiter use a clear bucket filled with brown water with left over food floating around in it and a filthy towel being periodically soaked in the dirty water and used to wipe down the tables. 
Being a franchise restaurant, I’m not sure if the service and the experience is as bad at all other branches.  

It’s a pity that the service sucks, because the food is actually quite good, but not good enough to save this place from the bad service.

refuses to cook prawn crackers! can you believe it lol. on multiple occasions I have asked for prawn crackers (the basket that advertises them for sale is always empty) and they just point blank refuse to cook them. just demonstrates they don't care a toss for customers.

The food was good but I found the seating uncomfortable and felt like a sardine in a can coz it was over crowded and you had to share you table with other people.  I would go there for take away food. Also took a long time to find parking

You have try their fried fish, in the separate recommended Manu sheet, you can thank me later
