Had the superplate combo with beef and lamb shish plus baba ganouche and hummus. Decent serving and flavour was ok although could have done with more seasoning. Tabbouleh and chick pea salads were very fresh and tasty. I barely finished half of it as I was already full prob didn’t need an extra pita.
Delicious Middle Eastern food in the middle of Westfield Sydney food court! My sister and I ordered the beef shish plate and chicken shawarma pita with chips and we couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. Food was fresh, filling, well-prepared and overall just yummy! The chips and its seasoning were perfect too. Highly recommend if you like Middle Eastern cuisine
The food is delicious, but most of the dishes are just not worth what you pay for them. Some of the larger plates that are around $17, just have minuscule servings of chickpeas, a little salad and a little meat. If you’ve got the money to spend, then it might be worth it for you! The only meal perhaps decent for its price, is the haloumi, avocado and eggplant sandwich for $9.90
Food - 2/2 Ambience - 0/1 Vegan and Vegetarian options - 1/1 Service - 1/1 This is the best food-court falafel you can get in Sydney. They usually distribute free falafel bullets during lunch hours, so you take taste it yourself. The meals are really good and the service during peak hours is not too bad. It's your best meal option at the Westfield food court for a warm treat.
To be honest, looking at the other reviews I wished I hard ordered something else. Decided to go for a salad and halloumi chips but I do believe it wasn’t worth what I paid for. The food itself was pretty average but I’m still down to try some of their other food items. Service was pretty good too.
They had some falafel samples out the front which were exceptionally good. Freshly fried, crunchy, lots of flavour. Based on that I bought the chicken plate. Sadly that wasn't very good, chicken was a bit dry, not much flavour. The sides/salads were small and a bit dry for my liking. The falafels were great though!
Food had no flavour. Tabouli had no lemon/ zest. Salad was basically chopped cucumbers + tomatoes, and they weren't fresh. Chicken portion was very small for the price see pic and tasted unmarinated. Chickpeas were stale. pita roll had very little meat. Overpriced bad food.
Absolutely loved the super salad bowl with steak Their chips are one of the best in Syd. If you are not hungry, the pita meal is perfect
I’ve been here before. It looks like recently some penny pincher has skimmed portion sizes and went from actual plates to a plastic tray for eat in orders. I was very unhappy to get less portions on a plastic tray waste quality of food is good, but it looks like some accountant has decided portions and dishwater. Won’t be coming back to this location. This dish was $16 :/
As far as fast food goes, it’s pretty good. Healthy and flavorful. Nothing on the menu is special or memorable, but good standard middle eastern food.
