I have purchased many items over multiple transactions gloves, pants, shirts, vibrams, water bottle, torch and headlamp. The staff have in-depth product knowledge. They have been quick with communication either via e-mail or a call. Delivery has always been very quick, on some occasions within the same week I placed the order. Ordered a product and paid for it. They cancelled my order without any notification or explanation. Upon chasing it up which they were far from prompt in response they told me they were out of stock and no longer intended to stock that item.
