Fabulous store. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and pationate of their products, really top notch customer service. Truly 5star service experience. On top of carrying the full line of weber bbqs and accessories, they have plenty of other bbq'ing goodies like rubs, sauces, smoking chips, gas fitting adaptors etc. Also they do lpg bottle refills for really good price. I will definitely be a repeat ongoing customer after my few experiences thus far
Purchased a BBQ today the gentleman who served us was thorough, too the point and provided excellent service too us. And most patient due too the amount spent and my key card what a pain, but he was patient and finally a solution was reached. I wasn't particularly worried but it turned out ok anyway. It's nicely put together now and has pride off place in it's own little area. It appears we require a connector for the gas bottle we have so, we will pop back in asap. What a great shop. Excellent service and helpful staff. Very large selection of products and services. If you need BBQ accessories through to gas bottle refills, this is the one stop shop.
Excellent range of BBQ's and related products. Thw staff were attentive without being overbearing and the range and scale is such that you can while away some serious time wandering around the shop.
Please don't buy a Weber anywhere else. Just don't. Seriously all the experience you need is here. If these guys don't know something about Weber it ain't worth knowing. If you buy elsewhere you must be satisfied with being an idiot.

Love the huge range. Bought a BBQ on Tuesday 9th August 2016, when I wasn't really needing one all that badly. Great staff and massive range. Love my new Weber! After 2 years: The Weber Spirit is still going great, we return for gas bottle refils, as they have a great loyalty program. It's now August 2019: I still frequent the store to buy random accessories, and my Weber still has zero issues. It is currently doing most of it's cooking as a smoking rig. I bought the Weber smoking box, and have been cooking everything from chicken wings to briskets! 12hours on the lowest setting with the left knob only, smoking all day at a comfortable 105 degrees Celcius. I bought a bluetooth 6 probe Inkbird to monitor the internal temp as well as the meal temp. Could not be happier, the gas burn on "low and slow" mode gets approx 40 hours on a 9kg bottle. Can't beat the efficiency of gas!
The young lady that works there was super knowledgeable in everything we asked her about and more, a true asset to the team . Thank you
Sad to see it go as the team was always great to deal with. Hopefully a few of them get a start at the new weber store.
These guys know their BBQs. Not much else for me to say here except if it cooks out doors these guys have it. Need some crazy adapter for your gas bottle to fit that 1930's camp stove? They have it. Need some smoking chips to impress the family with a cherry smoked pulled pork? They have it. Twin jaffle maker for the camp fire? You bet. Was served by two friendly and funny ladies and will be back again.
