Stayed here while Mrs was in hospital. Very convenient and in walking distance to hospital. Room serviced every day, my only disappointment was the parking. We have a 4x4 and found parking a bit awkward, as spaces were small and there were a lot of support beams making it difficult. Apart from parking I highly recommend.
Good place, really enjoyed the little pools. Friendly and efficient staff. The room had clean and comfy beds. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but regular.
There was poo on the floor.nnI've stayed here a few times because the price is reasonable - but I wouldn't go back after this. When I arrived late there was a series of brown spots that looked like bodily fluids poo? on the floor, in a line leading from the bed to bathroom. There were also marks on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom smelled terrible.nnThe next day I asked to be moved to a room with no poo on the floor. They said they were fully booked, so I asked for my room the be cleaned.nnThat night there was still poo on the floor. Again to was late so I had to suffer through it, tiptoeing across the floor to avoid contamination and holding my nose in the bathroom. Grim times.nnWhen I checked out I explained the poo on the floor problem had not been fixed. The man behind the counter said they would fix it for the next customer, which obviously doesn't help me. I received no apology.nnBook here at your peril.
The gentleman at check-in spoke fast and over the top of me. I was tired having came off a flight and he just rabbited on about no room although I only asked calmly and once. He simply reeled off process whilst filling out luggage tags. I was directed to the toilets to change. I don't expect early check in but do find it hard to believe that there isn't a single room available - especially when the internet shows a bucket of rooms available.
overall very good hotel, great location, very competent and helpful staff. Only downside is the pool, its not easy getting to it - there is no toilet/change room. at pool/ no bar service/ hotel has sign out front saying $10 Peroni with a picture infering pool has bar, it doesnt/ we have stayed here few times never seen anyone use pool its too uninviting. sad
