Runaway Bay Centre is a single-level regional shopping centre located approximately 11 km north of the Gold Coast CBD. The centre is anchored by Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Big W, Target and Best & Less, and includes more than 120 specialty stores.

The accommodation is good and clean as well as the sheets. The sports facilities are well kept. The changerooms at the pool were clean as well. The proximity of a running track, cycling criterium, and pool is useful for triathlons.

What is going on with Runaway bay shopping centre I’ve been going here for the past 40 years and this used to be the best shopping centre, it had great variety of shops the food court was good but yesterday I was saddened with what I had seen. Firstly we walked around looking for Santa to get photos nope no Santa. Everyone should be good if you want a haircut you have about 6 hairdressers to choose from .. NAB bank gone not even an atm at the food court, everyone must enjoy Sushi cause you have 3 to choose from. I just can’t keep thinking who is in charge of this place, can they not see the place has gone down the shoot? It’s a ghost town, what’s going on with Thursday night shopping everything used to be open till 9pm.nCentre management needs to be cleaned out, clean the place up and bring back the old food court and fill the empty shops I was shocked I hope I’m not the only one thinking this about what was a one stop shopping centre.nnObviously Centre management has put up the rent to an ungodly amount, the fantastic carvery owners, and EB games, both had huge drivers of sales, but Centre Management wasn't happy enough clearly and were happy to move them out in exchange for more casual boutique clothing stores. they would rather have an empty shopping centre with casual stall holders that don't know any better.nVicinity Centres is by far the worst management company of centres in Queensland, yes even worse than westfield... at least westfield can bring in foot traffic.nni look forward to a Stock-Standard Ai written response from management to my review ;

I love taking my beautiful, elderly mother in law here. Deb is so obliging at customer service with arranging her use of an electric scooter. It’s always a lovely experience for her…and for me! A+ service and kindness!

Ok, shopping centre,  nice and clean.

Nice place and always clean, it could use an outlet targeted at younger women as my partner struggles to shop here, since adding conner it does let me do this however
