Great parking and first 3 hours free. Everything you need is under one roof. Air conditioning cools you down in Summer months.
Great place for a quick bite to eat and then catch a movie.

Quaint & interesting design, reasonably well maintained. Constrained by the size of the plot of land obviously. Like the grand old dame of shopping centres that has resisted the extreme makeovers a la Pacific Fair. Has a Coles & K Mart, lots of interesting eats to boot. You should find most of the usual retail flavours here: chemists, clothes, barbers, gift shops, etc etc. Parking can be a headache depending on your timing. A conveniently located, good, medium sized shopping centre.

Needs updating. Looks like a closed up bomb site at the moment. Needs some new stuff over in the east side. West side is great but you find yourself not heading over there.

Not the best shopping adventure you could ever be on. You will find your everyday shopping like local brands and such. 

Pros. 

It’s in doors- unlike harbour town you won’t get disturbed by the weather. Whether it rains or the heat- which is pretty cool. 
You have both Coles and Woolies so you can always do what you prefer. You also have the cinemas upstairs and heaps of food outlets ( mostly orientalist food.)

Cons. 

The shopping selection is not very wide. There’s a few stores that are the like Ally and Valley girl for men there’s Connor and Jay Jays. Not much going on in that sector. 
Variety is not available.

Local, compact can't wait to see all the new stores opening KMart great. Cheap variety stores good to browse through, just enough shops to comfortably see and shop. My only criticism is if you are going to have so many fashion stores they should be better priced for mass production.    Faye
