Royal Stone have been nothing short of exceptional throughout the whole process of arranging the supply and install of stone required for our our new build. Throughout quotation, Wafa and Sanjoy were extremely detailed and prompt with my queries; always happy to call and clarify and nothing was too difficult or hard to change. Kurt, who completed the check measure, was so incredibly detailed and thorough that not a single detail was overlooked or left unexplained. I was incredibly confident that on install day the finished product would match my expectations based on the detail Kurt provided to me and I was not disappointed. Julie ensured that install was booked at a time that convenient for us and made every effort to book our job promptly, even offering install earlier than anticipated. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. I cannot fault the workmanship provided by our installers at Royal stone or anyone in the team. I weighed up about 3 different companies initially considering previous projects they had completed, the products they use and reputation within the industry and am so incredible relieved we went with Royal Stone!
We had an extremely positive experience with Royal Stone. The team offered competitive pricing without compromising on the quality of stone we wanted. Communication was great and our project was delivered on-time with the measuring and installing team arriving exactly when they said they would. Our kitchen looks fabulous.
After my initial Stone company decided to change the price and timing to our agreement at the beginning of December, I found myself needing to find a new supplier urgently to finish our kitchen by Xmas 2020. The kitchen benchtop required 3 slabs from Smartstone. I reached out online to Royal Stone, explained the situation and within 24 hours, I had spoken to Sanjoy and had a very reasonable and fair quote from him. There were some concerns from me that everything promised may not be done on time, but as it turned out, it was a stress-free and straightforward process and I didn't need to worry. That's exactly how it should be. The communication was good, friendly and professional, regardless of who I was speaking with. There was a slight problem with a crack in the silicone in between the joints and they sent out 2 staff members to rectify this promptly. They "vein-matched" the waterfall and the island and it looks fantastic! It is refreshing to work with a supplier that delivers on their promise and views the sale as a "long-term relationship" where they like to be used again in the future. This means they are treating every job importantly, very different to how a lot of other companies operate. Well done, Royal Stone, and I will happily use you again for my next job.

Royal Stone were fantastic - they provided fast and efficient service, quality product and great installation. They delivered on everything that was agreed, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Definitely recommend.
Just had our bbq granite installed and couldn't be happier. Chantelle and Sanjoy in the office were so helpful in rearranging things with the rain, and the guys who installed are incredibly talented - Loi and Son really know their stuff and take pride in what they do.
Terrible communication, customer service, and results. Due to the poorly taken measurements huge gaps were left on both sides of the benchtop 23mm and 110mm!!!. None of my requests on how we wanted the slab to be cut were taken into account without any explanation. The installers were a no show on the first day, after I've waited for them the whole morning and afternoon.
I cant recommend Royal Stone highly enough. Throughout the process they were very easy to deal with and the quality of workmanship was first class. I wouldnt hesitate to use Royal Stone again.
Good company with a large range of options to choose from. Sanjoy has been very helpful. Will definitely recommend.
Very poor service. Lacking severely in communication skills. Need to ensure they listen to the customer's requests!
