Royal Stacks

Friendly staff and a variety on the menu. The buns were nice and soft but the queen bee burger was slightly salty. The single stack was good with a juicy patty. Chips were a good portion for a large but we're slightly dry for my liking.

Gluten free, low fodmap, not an issue. The burgers contain no onion or galic and the gluten free bunbwas quite nice. Unfortunately they don't have seperate fryers, well....sorry they do have seperate fryers. They have one for the chicken for the burgers and one for the chips and onion rings. Of course the onion rings are not gluten free which means you can't have the chips as the oil they are cooked in is contaminated with gluten. But hey, doesn't matter as the burger well and truly made up for it.

I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers are delish, patty buns and sauce well balanced. Staples done right. Menu and options are good, varied and have some boujee add ons for the ones that feel like they deserve more because they are at Chadstone haha. I would give you some more props but it's a shopping centre and evniroment and presentation can't be rated. Thanks

I read Royal Stacks is one of the best burger places in Melbourne so I came and tried it for the first time. I had the double stack burger. But I found the mobile app and the QR code purchase was not user friendly and I failed to use it to purchase. The burger is super expensive, it's not bad but I think this business does not have much advantage among the competitors...I am expecting Royale Stacks to come up with different promotions and pricing strategies...the food is really mediocre.....

Ordered the double and the saint. Loved the saint really tasty. Their large sides are REALLY large not the dodgy large wannabies. Asked to cut the burger in half but clearly it’s not half on both burgers, that is only my compliant and all others were great. Loved how the burgers, chip and onion ring want over salty as sooooooo many burger places are salty. Added the latest menu as their website doesn’t show full menu for some reason.

I got the Hibibi chicken burger, Hibibi fries and pistaschio shake. $37 The shake was good. But the burger had 2 very thin chicken fillets that were over cooked. One decent chicken fillet would of been better. Chips just weren’t my flavour of choice but cooked well.

After a big shopping spree at Chadstone, I was feeling rather peckish. The bright gold fitout at Royals Stacks drew me in pretty quickly. They have a large range of burgers, fries, potato gems & milkshakes options on the menu. I went for their Single Stack, without cheese & some onion rings. The beef patty was nice & juicy. Most places skimp on the salad, but the salad was really fresh. Good mayo too. For $10.50, this was a really great burger. Onion rings on the side were crispy and crumble, with a generous portion size. Would get again. Royal Stacks is located in the new Chadstone food atrium. There is so much natural light shining through, making it a really nice place to eat and relax. Very clean space, and free Wi-Fi too. If you're looking for a delicious meaty treat in Chadstone, I'd recommend visiting Royal Stacks.

Last Thursday, I ordered through Hungry Hungry for a pick-up order. After ordering, I got a call from the restaurant advising that they couldn't fulfil half my order and would provide a refund, which I was ok with. After picking up my meal and getting home, I realised they had unfortunately gotten my order wrong. I decided to call the restaurant back on the number that they called me on. After trying three times over 15 minutes and having no luck, I contacted another store to see the process for a refund or to see if I could pick up another burger, they tried to get the store and the manager, and they were not successful. I was then advised that I would get a callback the next day to rectify, and to no surprise, I didn't. I submitted this information on their contact form on their website and instagram at the beginning of this week and am still waiting to receive correspondence. After this I recontacted the store who said they would help, where they advised that Chastones Manager had my details to contact me, though they have yet to. I repeatedly tried to get the Chadstone store at this stage, but no luck. I have to go to the external vendor they use hungry hungry to help with my refund. As a well-established chain of restaurants, it's a real petty. There needs to be a process relating to incorrect orders or complaints. I have had to run around just to get a refund for an order which you couldn't give me and didn't fulfil. I am still waiting to receive a refund for half of the charge of the food you couldn't give me whatsover, and I am still chasing a refund for the other half too. Royal Stacks, it would be best if you looked into how you handle your orders and please organise my refund. Dietary restrictions: Didn't give me the burger bun which matched my order or dietary restrictions

Ordered “The Kavorka” and was very pleased with the taste and super filling too. Nevertheless, the french fries is a total opposite with the burger as it has the same taste like macca’s but with higher price.
